Using the service
Users must provide accurate account information, protect login credentials, and use the service only for lawful inspection business activities. Access may not be shared outside the roles authorized by the customer company.
Customer responsibilities
Customers control the inspection, client, property, media, and report information submitted to the platform. Customers are responsible for professional judgments, report content, required disclosures, and compliance with applicable inspection standards and laws.
Platform availability
We work to keep the platform reliable and secure, but availability may be affected by maintenance, provider outages, network conditions, or events outside reasonable control. Offline features do not replace appropriate business continuity practices.
Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected monthly or annual interval until canceled. An organization administrator may cancel a subscription at any time through the billing portal or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid subscription period, and access to the service remains available until that date.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize HomeInspection Flow to charge the payment method on file at the beginning of each billing period until the subscription is canceled. Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial subscription periods. Refunds may be issued at our discretion to correct duplicate, erroneous, or unauthorized charges. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Customer data requests
An organization administrator may request access to, export of, or deletion of organization data by emailing privacy@homeinspectionflow.com from the email address associated with the account or another verified contact method. We may require verification of the request before processing it. We will provide a reasonably usable export within a commercially reasonable timeframe, generally within 30 days where required by law or reasonably practicable.
Before initiating deletion, we may require confirmation of the request. Following deletion, certain information may be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, backup-recovery, or dispute-resolution purposes, after which it will be deleted or de-identified where feasible.
Intellectual property
Customers retain rights to their submitted content. HomeInspection Flow and its software, designs, documentation, and branding remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-party services
Some features may rely on third-party providers such as cloud hosting, maps, identity providers, artificial intelligence services, and payment processors. Their separate terms may apply.
Warranty and liability
The platform supports inspection operations but does not perform inspections or replace professional expertise. Specific warranties, service levels, liability limits, and commercial terms may be stated in a customer agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised, and we will provide additional notice where required by applicable law. Continued use of the service after an update means the revised terms apply.
